Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a compassionate Resident Experience Specialist at Terralume Signature Memory Care in Minnetonka, MN. You will provide personal care and health-related services to residents living with dementia, support life enrichment programming, and help ensure a safe, welcoming dining and living environment.

This full-time role includes evenings and every-other-weekend shifts, with shift differential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience.
• If employed in MN and under age 18 must be on the MN NAR registry.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assists with health-related services under RN direction, including glucose monitoring and medications.
• Leads life enrichment activities and assists with group and one-on-one programming.
• Supports Dimensions program to enhance resident engagement and care planning.
• Serves meals, maintains dining area cleanliness, and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Cleans resident and common areas, operates cleaning equipment, and follows housekeeping schedules.
