Job summary

Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Jones-Harrison Senior Living community in Minneapolis, MN. You will work with a team to ensure safety and health needs of residents in long-term care and transitional units, with a focus on care plans, med administration and documentation.

The role is part-time with an evening shift, 40 hours every two weeks, and requires MN RN license, BLS certification (or enrollment), CPR for professionals.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required or enrolled to renew before hire.
• CPR for professionals certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.
• Experience with electronic charting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure care plans align with resident goals.
• Coordinate medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Assess care plans and revise as needed.
• Provide timely reports and document incidents and care.
