Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will help lead social events, exercise classes, and coordinate programming across departments to enhance physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cognitive well-being.

The role is part-time (48 hours every two weeks) with shifts 9:30am-4:00pm or 1:00pm-7:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, in Minnetonka.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience

Responsibilities

• Leads life enrichment programs and activities for residents.
• Conducts exercise class for residents.
• Coordinates life enrichment programming with all departments.
• Assists with special events and family functions.
• Documents activities as required and helps improve programming.
• Supports psychosocial needs and resident socialization.
• Assists with planning and execution of outings and safe boarding/deboarding.
