Terralume Signature Memory Care in Minnetonka, operated by Ebenezer, is a new boutique community focused on dementia care. We are building a team of compassionate professionals who want to help shape something truly special.

The Housekeeper role provides a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff and visitors. Shifts are part-time: 48 hours every two weeks, with options Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or Mon-Thu 7:00am-1:30pm; no weekends.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Ability to utilize software programs to complete work functions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident and common areas of the community as assigned.
• Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors.
• Prioritizes tasks and completes within allotted time.
• Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed.
• Assumes other responsibilities as assigned. Follows cleaning schedule and instructions regarding specifications of resident’s individualized housekeeping needs.
• Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment.
• Safely mixes chemicals according to instructions provided by the manufacturer
• Communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked.
• Communicates need for equipment repairs.
• Adheres to all Lockout/Tagout requirements per policy.
• Assists with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Participates actively in team meetings, reports on current state in the Community, providing feedback on housekeeping-related items as they arise.
