Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide in Minneapolis, MN to support seniors in daily living activities and personal care. You will work evening shifts in a vibrant senior living community and contribute to a compassionate care team that values safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, medication assistance under RN supervision, vital signs checks, and helping residents with meals and activities.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in caregiving or related role.
• Ability to use computers and handheld devices.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily activities.
• Monitor residents, report changes to staff and update care plans.
• Administer or assist with medications under nurse supervision.
• Assist with meal service, laundry, cleaning and activities.
