Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal activities such as bathing, hygiene, dressing and ambulation.
• Change bed linens and complete laundry tasks.

• Report any changes in a resident's condition to supervision.
• Document delivered services per policy and procedure.
• Support Salemtowne's mission, values and compliance program.
• Provide caring, positive presence and companionship to residents.
