Job summary

Calyx Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Memory Care Concierge to greet residents at the Memory Care reception and assist with daily care activities. Weekend availability is required.

The ideal candidate has caregiver experience, compassion for seniors, and strong communication with residents and families. You will adapt to each resident and support activities of daily living as needed.

The role may cross-train to support a Personal Care Aide to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred.
• Must have compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
• Reliable, responsive and attentive.
• 18 years or older with a demonstrated maturity.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming presence at Memory Care reception.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care needs.
• Cross-train to support Personal Care Aide duties.
• Support resident participation in daily activities and care.
