Legacy Senior Living in Rome, GA is seeking a Resident Assistant - Memory Care to provide personalized care and companionship for residents, including those with memory loss. You will follow individualized care plans, support daily routines, and ensure residents receive comfort, dignity, and respect on every shift.

This role emphasizes compassionate caregiving, memory-support, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for older adults preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care following resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and document observations.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and support dining services.
• Maintain clean, safe, and respectful resident rooms and spaces.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures at all times.
• Communicate updates to supervisors and families as needed.
