Job summary

Legacy Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant – Memory Care in Douglasville, GA. The role focuses on compassionate caregiving for residents, including those with memory loss, and emphasizes dignity, respect, and individualized support.

You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs/IADLs, and help residents engage in daily activities while upholding Legacy’s mission of service, faith, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for older adults preferred, including memory care or assisted living.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English as required by duties.
• Must pass background checks and meet state training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to residents according to care plans.
• Support residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and respectful living spaces for residents.
• Communicate with families and team members professionally.
