Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for Memory Care. You will help with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, ensuring dignity and independence for residents in a supportive team setting.

Experience with dementia care is preferred; CNA certification is a plus. The role emphasizes safety, programming participation, and clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living including wardrobe, hygiene and mobility.
• Aid in housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming and observe/report changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards and assist in dining.
