Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support memory care residents with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, and safety. You will help maintain dignity and independence while building trust and comfort.

We offer benefits including telemedicine, on-demand pay, health/dental/vision insurance, and growth opportunities. CNA certification is a plus but not required; dementia care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and cleanup.
