Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• One year experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist residents with mealtimes and feeding as needed.
• Complete and document shift assignments; escalate when necessary.
• Communicate with residents, families, and nursing staff as required.
• Provide planned activities and social engagement.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
