Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for a Memory Care community. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility while upholding dignity and independence.

Experience with dementia care is preferred; CNA certification is a plus. Strong communication with residents, families, and staff in English is essential in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living including wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in resident programming and observe changes in condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents and assist dining activities.
