Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for Memory Care to support residents in daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility while preserving dignity and independence. You will participate in engaging programs and monitor residents for changes in condition to ensure safety and comfort.

Experience with dementia care is preferred; CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
