Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents in Parkview on Hollybrook, Texas. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity and independence, and participate in engaging programs across independent living, assisted living, or memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support daily living tasks such as housekeeping, transportation, laundry, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming and observe/report changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and assist in dining services as needed.
