Brookdale Greenwood Village seeks a Memory Care Activities Coordinator to design and implement engaging, dementia-friendly programs for residents living in a memory care community. You will plan a seven-day calendar with resident input and coordinate special events to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Designs a 7 day a week person centered program that is engaging and meets residents' needs.
• Develops a monthly calendar with resident input and coordinates events.
• Ensures programs comply with Brookdale standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with leadership to educate families and staff on dementia care and program delivery.
• Supervises program assistants and participates in performance evaluations as needed.
