Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Program Assistant (Finance) to support dementia-friendly programming for residents in a Brookdale community. The role assists the program manager in implementing person-centered activities, coordinating schedules, and documenting progress to maintain high-quality care.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma, with preferred associate degree and experience with older adults or dementia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of previous experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Coordinate program documentation and review resident service plans.
• Ensure programs comply with state and Brookdale standards.
• Support volunteers and staff with programming and engagement.
• Assist with special events and family communications.
• Perform related duties to maintain quality of life for residents.
