• Associate’s Degree preferred in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in dementia care or senior recreation programming.
• Certifications in Activity Director, Dementia Practitioner, or Therapeutic Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Embrace philosophy in all aspects for residents, families and staff.
• Oversee six pillars of Embrace in Memory Care.
• Daily oversight of Memory Care operations with director and wellness team.
• Lead 5–7 memory care programs daily and assist planning and evaluation.
• Provide education and hands-on support to community staff.
• Monitor programming to maintain satisfaction within budget.
