Silvercrest Senior Living Community in Richfield, MN is seeking a Reflections Memory Care Coordinator for a full-time day shift. The role focuses on planning and facilitating memory care programs for residents with dementia, aiming to maximize resident engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities with the Director, staying current on community procedures, and engaging with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of dementia and memory care preferred.
• Ability to manage time and communicate clearly.
• Able to work with Director and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in planning, facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care Program for resident programs.
• Deliver meaningful programs for residents with dementia, considering individual needs and satisfaction.
• Remain informed about community products and procedures.
• Interact with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for communications, calendar creation, and newsletters (or learn to use it).
