Silvercrest is seeking a Reflections Memory Care Coordinator in Richfield, MN. This full-time day position offers competitive pay ($23.00–$29.00/hour) and a collaborative environment within Village Shores, a Silvercrest Senior Living Community.

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating the Memory Care Program, tailoring activities to individuals with dementia, and coordinating with residents, families, staff and partners.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Director in the planning, facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care Program to ensure the overall success of all resident programs in the Reflections Neighborhood
• Facilitate meaningful programs for residents with dementia by taking individual needs into account and assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
• Serve as an informed expert by staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures of the community
• Be involved and interact with people (residents, families, visitors, staff, home care agency, potential referral sources, community services, other health providers, community groups, etc.)
• Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communications, calendar creation, and newsletter development, or be willing to learn and implement

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a working knowledge of Dementia and other memory care diagnosis' including documented Alzheimer's and Dementia training
• Possess excellent time management and communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work closely with the Director, but can carry out tasks independently or as a part of a team.
• At least 1 year in an activity programming-related position, preferably memory care, or experience as a caregiver
• Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
