Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Program Coordinator (Finance) to design and oversee dementia-friendly activities within the Clare Bridge program at our Spokane community. You will plan calendars, coordinate events, and partner with care teams to ensure programs meet Brookdale standards and resident needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and direct programming experience with older adults; a valid driver's license and ability to travel are also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education or related field.
• Minimum two years of direct programming experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a 3-year driving abstract with <= 1 moving violation.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and facilitates a calendar of person centered dementia-friendly programs.
• Develops a monthly calendar in partnership with residents and ensures events are scheduled and executed.
• Ensures programs comply with Brookdale standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with families and associates regarding Alzheimer's and related dementias.
• May supervise Clare Bridge Program Assistants and assist with hiring and coaching.
