Job summary

The Arbor Company in Park Ridge invites a Memory Care Program Manager to join our community leadership team, overseeing daily Memory Care operations and partnering with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.

You'll lead a compassionate team, ensure individualized services for residents with dementia, and coordinate care plans, staffing, and family communication while maintaining compliance and program standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate, relationship-based care.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including participation in Manager-on-Duty rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents receive individualized care and services that meet their changing needs.
• Deliver quality engagement programs that promote meaningful resident experiences.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent communication.
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions.
• Ensure Memory Care programming, dining experience, and neighborhood environment meet standards.
• Promote resident engagement and meaningful daily experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Help manage staffing and labor expenses while maintaining quality care.
• Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

What You'll Do

As the Memory Care Program Manager, you'll serve as a member of the community leadership team and oversee the daily operations of our Memory Care neighborhood while partnering closely with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.
