The Arbor Company is seeking a Clinical Manager – Memory Care (LPN Required) for The Solana East Cobb in Marietta, GA. This part-time role offers 32 hours per week and leads the clinical operations of the Memory Care neighborhood, partnering with the Memory Care Program Director to deliver exceptional resident care.

The ideal candidate is an LPN with dementia care experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and a passion for person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Minimum one year of dementia care experience.
• Memory Care or senior living setting experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for person-centered care and serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Wellness Center.
• Complete resident assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Coordinate resident admissions and EMAR documentation.
• Oversee medication management and incident reporting.
• Partner with the Memory Care Program Director to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Coach caregivers on dementia care best practices.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain Arbor's high standards for quality, programming, dining, and resident experience.

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for dementia care? Do you enjoy leading clinical operations while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your team?

The Solana East Cobb, a luxury senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager – Memory Care to help lead the clinical operations of our Memory Care neighborhood. Working alongside the Memory Care Program Director, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and creating a safe, engaging environment for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

What You'll Do

As the Clinical Manager – Memory Care, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the neighborhood while supporting residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily operations of the Wellness Center

• Complete resident assessments and ongoing reassessments

• Develop and update individualized resident care plans

• Coordinate resident admissions and maintain accurate EMAR documentation

• Oversee medication management and incident reporting

• Partner with the Memory Care Program Director to ensure exceptional resident care

• Coach and support caregivers on dementia care best practices

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Help maintain Arbor's high standards for quality, programming, dining, and resident experience
