Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager at Arbor Terrace Willistown to lead the Memory Care neighborhood and partner with the Clinical Manager to deliver outstanding resident care.

You will coach the Memory Care team, ensure individualized care, develop engaging programming, manage staffing and resident transitions, and maintain compliance with state regulations while upholding the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide person-centered care
• Oversee daily operations of Memory Care neighborhood
• Partner with Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality resident care
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training
