Job summary

The Arbor Company, serving at Arbor Terrace Lakeway in Bee Cave, TX, seeks a Memory Care Program Manager to lead a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood and partner with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure meaningful engagement while maintaining compliance and high standards of care. This is a full-time role with benefits, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate, relationship-based care.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents receive individualized care and services that meet changing needs.
• Deliver engaging programs that promote meaningful resident experiences.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams for excellent communication.
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions.
