Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Clinical Manager – Memory Care (LPN required) for Arbor Terrace Lakeway. This leadership role oversees daily clinical operations within Memory Care, including resident assessments, care planning, admissions, EMAR documentation, and medication management.

Ideal candidates are LPNs with at least one year in memory care, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, and experience with EMAR and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• At least one year of dementia care experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EMAR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations in Memory Care.
• Complete resident assessments and care plan updates.
• Coordinate resident admissions and EMAR documentation.
• Oversee medication management and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Memory Care Program Manager on resident care.
• Coach caregivers on dementia care best practices.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
