Job summary

The Gardens at Quail Springs, part of Surpass Senior Living, seeks a Memory Care Coordinator to lead our New Traditions Memory Care neighborhood in Oklahoma City. You will own programming, staff coaching, and the daily experience of residents living with Alzheimer's and related dementias.

You will design a calendar aligned with Whole-Person Wellness, know residents’ histories and preferences, and build programming around them. Leadership includes budget, compliance, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working directly with individuals living with dementia, including leading groups, supporting ADLs, and assessing needs.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in senior living, assisted living, or memory care.
• Grounding in person-centered care and current dementia best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a daily calendar grounded in Whole-Person Wellness.
• Lead a care team and coach on dementia-specific approaches.
• Coordinate with families and Director of Resident Care on care planning.
