Saber Health Group in Tremont, PA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to coordinate dementia programming in a skilled nursing setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ cognitive, emotional and physical well-being through structured programming.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible pay options, and opportunities for growth and continuing education within a supportive, award-winning environment.

Formación

• COTA preferred; may consider related degrees in health services.
• Current Dementia Practitioner certification preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term/memory care programming as a COTA or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to provide dementia programming.
• Plan and oversee structured, individualized cognitive wellness activities.
• Support residents' emotional, cognitive, physical and social well-being.
