Job summary

The Meridian at Boca Raton is hiring a Memory Care Program Coordinator to support the MMIT program in our memory care neighborhood. You will help manage programming, ensure resident needs are met, and uphold Meridian policies.

You will work with residents, families, and staff to deliver compassionate care, maintain high occupancy, and support financial goals while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field preferred and/or 2-3 years' experience in a Memory Care setting.
• 2-3 years or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline is preferred.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.
• Ability to coordinate care across disciplines including activities and dining services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of MMIT program and manage the Memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure resident needs, government regulations and Meridian policies are followed.
• Maintain programming quality, high occupancy and meet Community financial goals.
• Coordinate care across disciplines (activities, dining services, etc.).
