Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Program Coordinator for Claremont, CA. The role leads MMIT program implementation and oversees the memory care neighborhood, ensuring resident safety, independence, and purposeful activity.

The successful candidate will coordinate with activities, dining, and clinical staff, maintain high occupancy, and support Meridian policies while fostering a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred and/or 2-3 years’ memory care experience.
• 2-3+ years caring for seniors with cognitive decline preferred.
• Ability to work in a setting that supports MMIT goals and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing MMIT program in full.
• Manage overall operation of memory care neighborhood.
• Maintain programming/services, occupancy, and financial goals.
