The Preserve at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Memory Care Director to oversee the Memory Care Neighborhood, ensuring high-quality resident care and engagement. You will align operations with regulations while supporting staff development and family communication.

Responsibilities include supervising care teams, maintaining compliance, and promoting dignity and safety for residents with cognitive decline in a warm, resident-centered community.

Formación

• 2–3 years healthcare experience.
• 2–3 years in care of senior adults with cognitive decline preferred.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease.

Responsabilidades

• Meet resident care and activity needs and manage the Memory Care Neighborhood in line with regulations and Meridian policies.
• Support staff development and training to maintain high care standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with families and state officials.
