Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Memory Support Coordinator to develop and maintain the Memory Support program in our Memory Support Unit. The MS coordinator will establish relationships with residents, families and the care team, manage budget and census, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Health Services Administrator; requires a Bachelor’s in a health-related field, two years LTC/AL experience, CPR and First Aid, and preferred NHA/BSW or

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of dementia care and memory support concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Plan department budget including occupancy and staffing goals.
• Screen and admit new residents to Memory Support program.
• Coordinate and plan all new admissions and family communications.
• Develop individualized service plans for residents.
