Qualifications

• Degree in gerontology or recreation preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Experience with memory care programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Memory Care programming and Pathways initiatives.
• Maintain resident safety and coordinate care with families.
• Plan daily/weekly calendars, events and community outreach.
• Coordinate MOD duties and work with leadership team.
