TerraBella Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Coordinator to develop and implement a Memory Care program with resident-focused activities and ongoing staff education. You will collaborate with the Memory Care Director to ensure engaging daily programming and safe, supportive care in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• One (1) year dementia care experience.
• One (1) year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Designs, schedules and facilitates Memory Care program incorporating life skills and dementia-appropriate activities.
• Partners with Memory Care Director to ensure activities are available and staff engaged.
• Prepares comprehensive program of activities to meet residents' interests and abilities.
• Provides ongoing in-service education to Memory Care staff.
