TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to develop and implement activities for residents in Memory Care, ensuring a safe, home‑like environment. You will collaborate with the Memory Care Director to tailor programming and educate Care Managers on needs and preferences.

The role emphasizes ongoing staff education, engagement, and a personalized approach to care, with emphasis on safety, hydration, and quality of life for Memory Care residents.

Qualifications

• Dementia care experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Designs, schedules and facilitates Memory Care program incorporating Life Skills and a variety of dementia appropriate activities.
• Partners with the Memory Care Director to ensure activities are available throughout the day and that Care Managers are engaged.
• Develops a comprehensive program of activities to meet residents' interests and capabilities in Memory Care.
