Job summary

Sagora Senior Living’s Heritage Place Assisted Living in Burleson, TX is seeking a Memory Care Director (Pathways Director) to supervise the Memory Care department and ensure resident safety and high-quality care. You will lead caregiving staff, coordinate programming, and collaborate with families and the Executive Director to tailor memory-focused services.

The role requires a 4-year degree in gerontological studies or recreation, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to drive as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree with emphasis in gerontological studies/recreation programs preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License where necessary and meet company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Memory Care (Pathways) department.
• Hire, train, and schedule Memory Care caregivers.
• Facilitate programming for residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• Plan and organize daily events and calendars.
• Coordinate resident care with families and Executive Director.
• Manage budget and ensure quality services.
