Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator for our Memory Care residents. The ideal candidate blends medical and social work experience to oversee our program, plan services with residents and families, and train our Health Services team.

Required are 3–5 years in health care, dementia experience, and a Memory Care Administration License. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with computers are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed.
• Prior experience working with senior populations with dementia.
• Prior experience working in senior living, preferably involving medication administration.
• Strong computer skills. Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test.
• Sincere appreciation for elders and observable respect for caregivers, med techs and the important work they do.
• 3-5 years Health Care experience.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret charting standards, physician orders, or administrative regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
• MC regulations knowledge.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
