Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advocate of Empathy and build meaningful connections.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team.
