Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification in the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• One year supervisory experience in AL, IL, or MC.
• Must read, write, speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Act as manager on duty to oversee day-to-day operations.
• Assess Residents regularly and maintain communication with designated representatives.
• Assist in social history assessments and life enrichment programs.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and policy implementation for staff.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plan to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of building and grounds.
• Maintain financial and administrative records and timely invoicing.
