Anthem Memory Care is seeking a Nurse Leader to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Memory Care community. You will assess resident needs, guide care plans, and oversee CNAs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will advocate for residents, administer medications, and document care with strict adherence to regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license (RN).
• Minimum three years in a senior living community.
• Minimum three years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Directly supervise CNAs; train and evaluate staff per policies.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose program through daily engagement.
• Ensure resident rights are maintained and dignity preserved.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments on admission.
• Address resident/family/physician concerns with supervisory input.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per standards and policy.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Attend in-service trainings and follow safety/infection control rules.
