Anthem Memory Care is seeking a proactive administrator to oversee operations of our memory care community. Under general direction, you will manage departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff to deliver quality resident services.

The role emphasizes budgeting, program development, resident assessment, and family communication; you will coordinate sales, move-ins, and market the community while maintaining safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or related field is required.
• At least five years in service/administration roles in long-term care is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community departments and operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and licensing requirements.
• Supervise department heads and staff performance.
• Develop programs to enhance resident welfare and care planning.
• Coordinate marketing, move-ins/outs, and family communications.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.
