Job summary

Anthem Memory Care in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of resident care, including assessments, hiring, training and supervision of the Care team. This leadership role requires ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance and budget management.

You will lead a team of caregivers, coordinate with medical staff, and promote a culture of professional development, safety and resident rights within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum three years in a management/supervisory position.
• Nursing license required; CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care team including Medication Services Technicians, Care Assistants and Resident Care Coordinator.
• Hire, train, supervise and manage staff.
• Meet budget goals and manage expenses.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; protect resident rights.
• Promote quality of care and professional development.
