Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with resident direct care needs and daily living activities.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and living areas; supports in activities and restorative programs.
• Communicates professional observations and reports changes in residents to the Charge Nurse.
• Assists nurses with tasks including vitals, weights, and documentation; supports new admissions.
• Follows Resident Rights and confidentiality policies; adheres to safety and infection control procedures.
