Job summary

First Community Village, located in Columbus, OH and owned by National Church Residences, is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the 3pm-11pm shift on a part-time basis with every other weekend commitments in the memory care unit.

The role supports residents with daily living activities, assists with meals and mobility, and documents care in the EMR. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2–4 years of experience and state-tested nurse aide licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled.
• Two to four years preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and ADLs.
• Take vitals, measure weights, and document in EMR.
• Provide meals assistance and help with mobility.
• Maintain resident room cleanliness and safety.
• Report changes to supervising nurse promptly.
