Senior Lifestyle in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Care Associate for Memory Care on a part-time 10pm–6am shift. You will provide kind, consistent companionship and assist residents with daily living activities to maintain independence and dignity.

The role requires empathy, patience and the ability to respond to emergencies. CNA or CHHA license may be required by state law; basic computer skills with Outlook/Excel/Word are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency for communication and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required by state.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to Memory Care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and basic housekeeping.
• Address resident/family concerns with timely follow-up.
