Senior Lifestyle Corporation's The Sheridan at Oak Brook is seeking a Care Associate for the Assisted Living program on a 10PM–6AM full-time shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and work within a compassionate team to brighten residents' lives.

Requirements include at least one year in senior care, proficient English, and basic computer skills; a CNA/CHHA license may be required depending on state.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English for duties, supervision and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills to document and communicate.
• Compassionate, professional, kind and empathetic demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as needed.
• Follow resident schedules set by supervisor.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance and concerns to supervisor.
• Respect residents' independence and dignity while ensuring safety.

Connaissances

Senior care experience

Basic computer skills
