Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Care Associate - Assisted Living (AL) PT 10PM - 6AM to assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain dignity, and support independence in The Sheridan at Oak Brook.

The role is part-time with at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and potential CNA/CHHA licensing based on state. Compensation starts at $20 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English for communication and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and document daily notes.
• Follow supervisor schedules and report resident issues to the manager.
• Respect residents' independence and dignity while promoting safety.
