Job summary

Senior Lifestyle’s The Sheridan at Oak Brook is seeking a Care Associate for Memory Care (MC) & AL overnight coverage from 10pm to 6am. You will assist residents with daily living activities and lead engagement in memory care programs.

Role requires compassion, English proficiency, and possibly CNA/CHHA licensure depending on state. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) are needed to coordinate care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties.
• CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns with timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
