Watercrest Richmond is seeking a dedicated AL Registered Medication Aide (RMA) - Full Time to support our Memory Care residents with accurate medication management and compassionate care. You will work under supervision to ensure compliance with medication rights and care standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident responses, and maintaining documentation, while upholding residents’ rights and safety in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medication to residents and maintains related medical records under supervision.
• Presents medication to resident and assists in administration as required.
