Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments according to schedule and protocol.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents and staff information.
• Notifies care coordinators of changes in resident condition.
• Assists with monthly medication records and charting.
• Restocks and maintains Med room and cart inventory.
• May assist with lifting and resident care as needed.
